Dr. Tewabe Girma Kebede
Co-Founder & Board Chairman
Dr. Tewabe Girma Kebede is a board-certified nephrologist and internal medicine physician with over two decades of clinical experience in the United States. After earning his medical degree from the University of Gondar in Ethiopia, he completed research at Rush University in Chicago, his Internal Medicine Residency at Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital, and his Nephrology Fellowship through the Albert Einstein College of Medicine–Jacobi Medical Center in New York. He has served in private nephrology practice, held medical directorships for outpatient and inpatient dialysis centers, and authored multiple peer-reviewed publications.

Lydia Ashenafi is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Premier Medical Center.
She leads the organization's strategic branding, patient experience, community engagement, and long-term growth initiatives. With a passion for excellence and innovation, Lydia is dedicated to building a healthcare brand founded on trust, compassion, and exceptional service.
